  • To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via the Contact Us form or Live Chat.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

📌 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the Live Chat bot or Contact Us form on our website. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
