Are GummyUp+ products suitable for vegans?

Many of our products are vegan-friendly, including our Sleep Gummies and Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies. Our Collagen Gummies contain marine collagen and are suitable for pescatarians. Please check individual product pages for specific dietary information.

Are your gummies sugar-free?

Yes! All GummyUp+ products are sugar-free. We use maltitol as a sweetener. Please note that excessive consumption of maltitol may have laxative effects.

What age do I need to be to purchase GummyUp+ products?

You must be 18 years or older to purchase our products. All GummyUp+ supplements are intended for adult use only.

How should I store my gummies?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.

Can I take multiple GummyUp+ products together?

While our products are generally safe to use together, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before combining supplements, especially if you're taking medication or have underlying health conditions.

Are GummyUp+ products suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

UK orders are typically delivered within 1–4 working days depending on your chosen delivery option. International orders take 5–14 working days. All orders are processed within 1 working day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international tracked shipping via Royal Mail. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by their country.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our Live Chat or Contact Us form. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, in line with UK consumer law. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed supplements.

How do I request a refund?

Contact us via our Live Chat or Contact Us form within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.


Subscriptions

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes, subscriptions are available for select products through our Appstle Subscription service. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

How do I cancel my subscription?
